If your vehicle has been in an accident and brought to us for repair, we follow these steps to restore it to pre-accident condition:
- Damage Assessment & Estimate - Our team inspects your vehicle to assess the full extent of the damage and captures photos for your insurance company. We then provide an initial estimate covering parts, materials, and labor. If your vehicle is drivable, you can continue to use it until your scheduled repair appointment.
- Authorization from Insurance & Vehicle Owner - We review and explain the estimate to ensure all parties – including your insurance provider and you – approve the necessary repairs.
- Ordering Parts & Materials - We source the best new, aftermarket, and quality recycled parts from our trusted suppliers, based on your approved estimate.
- Vehicle Drop-Off for Repairs - Once all parts are in, we’ll contact you to schedule your repair. You can drop off your vehicle at a time that’s convenient for you. We also have a secure after-hours key drop box at the front of our building for your convenience.
- Vehicle Repair & Refinish - Our certified technicians perform the necessary repairs, then expertly match the paint and complete the refinishing using our advanced Sherwin-Williams system for a flawless finish.
- Reassembly & Cleaning - After repairs are complete, your vehicle is reassembled according to the highest manufacturer and safety standards. We finish with a thorough wash to ensure your vehicle looks its best.
- Vehicle Completed - We’re proud to return your vehicle to you, fully repaired and ready to get you back on the road with confidence!
